⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love the Champs class at 6:00 a.m. with Jazmin! She pushes us to work hard while keeping every class fun, energetic, and motivating. That's exactly the kind of energy you need to start your day at 6:00 a.m. If you enjoy working out in a group and want a coach who challenges you while making fitness enjoyable, I highly recommend this class. Five stars all the way! Esmeralda

I had a great experience at Emerald City! Everyone was so welcoming, but I especially want to thank Kevin and Jorie. They took the time to show me around, answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable as someone getting back into the gym. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured The gym itself is clean, has a great variety of equipment, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. I’m excited to start my fitness journey here and would definitely recommend Emerald City to anyone looking for a supportive place to work out!

Kyle was such a bright personality and showed me around the facility this past friday! He got me all signed up, was super professional and answered any questions i had. He also got some spiderman pictures for my son to draw on😂 Just wrapped up my personal training session with Kevin today and he had me working harder than i have in a while! I really enjoyed the work out and loved that kevin listed to my goals and made them seem achievable and gave me a lot of tools to use so i can hit my goals! All in all great facility, great people, cant wait to put some more work in!😤😤💪🏾

I have tried several gyms / fitness centers in Everett and ECA is head and shoulders above the rest. The equipment, staff, cleanliness, and programs / classes are all 5-star. I signed up for a tour and was expecting a typical 5 minute walkthrough, and instead was welcomed into a fitness community. Adelisa is exceptional! She not only showed me the entire facility but also explained all the services and offerings ECA provides. There was no pressure to sign up or buy anything and all my questions were answered in detail. ECA is a unique combination of high-end facility, unmatched customer service, and community. I ultimately joined and signed up for personal training, also with Adelisa, and highly recommend both her as a trainer and ECA in general. 11/10

I absolutely love this gym! The facilities are top-notch, the atmosphere is motivating, and it's the kind of place that actually makes you excited to work out. But honestly, one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the incredible staff — and I have to give a special shout-out to Vicky! Vicky is an absolute gem. Every single time I walk through the door, she greets me with the biggest smile and the most infectious positive energy. No matter what kind of day I'm having, her cheerfulness instantly lifts my mood. And her jokes? Hilarious! She always has a funny quip ready that gets a genuine laugh out of me before I've even hit the floor. It's rare to find someone who brings so much warmth and personality to their job, but Vicky does it effortlessly. She's a huge part of what makes this gym feel like a community rather than just a place to exercise. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout environment with an even better team behind it. 💪
